At Kitty Coo Wellness Co., each order is lovingly prepared with intention and care. Because our wellness products are small-batch and handcrafted, please allow time for our team to carefully fulfill and package your order before it begins its journey to you.

🌿 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order with the attention it deserves.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected carrier. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on location.

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be announced in the future as we expand.

Kitty Coo Wellness Co. is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are unable to assume responsibility for lost or stolen items. If your order appears lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number. You may also email hello@kittycoowellness.com for assistance, and we’ll do our best to guide you through the claim process.
